Just would like to say thank you Ben and Paul for a fantastic service - both for the sale of the vehicle and for the brilliant after sales. Given this car is for my wife, we were so surprised to find a bunch of flowers on the back seat when we got home from having picked the car up. That was lovely and very unique. She has never witnessed that before upon a vehicle purchase. The car is amazing. I find the real test though of a company comes from the customer relationship point of view is when the car starts to falter a little. I cannot fault Ben here. He has been an absolute genuine and honest person from the start of the new telephone exchanges when there were some minor faults with the car that manifested 1 month after we bought it. One round of phone calls to buy the vehicle in late July became a 2nd separate round of calls in late August to address a gremlin in the car. It is now becoming clear that the electrical gremlins in the vehicle had been passed over by the previous owner and this was a vehicle that they wanted to perhaps see the back of. The issues weren't severe - just more irritating ones that needed a bit of dedication to find. In fairness to Ben & Paul, they would not have known of the long standing issues when they sold the car to me. These were issues that only manifested under ownership and day to day usage. But Ben immersed himself to "own" these small issues anyway and that took a massive weight off of my mind that I was truly being looked after. The geographical challenge of me living 200 miles from their base was not an issue for Ben. We worked together logistically as to how these issues would be resolved including Ben meeting me halfway with a courtesy car whilst he took the vehicle back to Dorset to have fixed up properly and to do the return leg the following week when the car was fixed. As I said, he fully took responsibility, where some traders would have just walked away & passed the buck to the customer. I know this because I have been on the end of that horrible phone call in the past of "not my problem, chief" after a vehicle was sold with some gremlins. Ben has been an absolute star! Would I recommend them ? You bet I would! That comes from someone who works at Ford Motor company where we have over 400 franchised dealers in the UK. I know the car world inside out. Paul & Ben rank right up there with the best of them. You don't need to be a large outfit to be the best in the land. These guys are really that. If you see something you like on their forecourt / on their website, you will receive one of the best vehicle trading experiences in the land. They will make sure the whole journey of car purchasing is so simple and they will look after you. You really cannot ask for more than that. Thanks again Ben (& Paul). I only wished there were more car traders like you guys in the UK.

My mother bought a car from Ben. We felt welcomed and comfortable (something as females isn’t typically usual when going into any sort of car dealership!) Ben was fab, there was no pressure, all information given and the car was ready the next day to collect. She had a minor problem that was not the garages fault and they sorted without any hesitation. We would absolutely recommend this garage!!! Very old school manners, even a beautiful bunch of flowers waiting for her when she collected her car. Oh and the best coffee in Dorset!

After spending a whole weekend trawling the Internet for a car, sometimes in the middle of the night, I came across this company. I saw a couple of cars that interested me so gave them a ring at a reasonable hour and made arrangements to go and have a look. Being a single mature disabled lady, I was quite nervous to be honest with the whole car buying experience, but I couldn't have been more wrong. From the moment I pulled up onto their forecourt, and was met by Paul, I felt comfortable and in safe hands. There was no pressure selling, a lot of advice, great testdrive, and yes I did buy a car from them. The whole process was easy and seamless, and both Paul and Ben looked after me through the process. The car is beautiful, I am so very happy with the experience and the flowers and the fluffy keyring (lol) were an unexpected pleasure. You really can't go wrong by using this company.

We went hear when desperate for a good family car as expecting our first child in a few weeks and (we had just been sold a timebome of a car from another dealer that had since refused to fix any problems with the car). The staff at Dorchester collection were so lovely giving really honest advice. They stuck to our price range and pointed out cars that they thought would suit us best. They had a great knowledge of all the cars but didn't blind you with technical terms. They gave us so much time to make our choice. They even gave us a very reasonable price for our old car. Even came with what looked like a very honest comprehensive warranty but thankfully we never had to use that. They are such a lovely company we recommend to everyone.

Purchased a VW Polo for my wife and arranged with Ben to have it delivered to us which was done by Ben himself and all was good. We did identify a few issues overnight, which following a text to Ben he was back to pick the vehicle up at 8am the following morning and brought it back the same day having sorted the issues. It is this personal touch and doing what they say at point of sale which makes the difference and gives confidence that if anything does go wrong they will sort and not quibable. Please maintain the personal touch and I would reccommend highly.
